How do I return an item? We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Fitness AV. If you are not, let us know what we can do to make it right. If it's within reason, we'll do it! Before making a return please call customer service at 1-866-696-9006 to obtain a return authorization number and write that number on the outside of the package. Please ship the item pre-paid and include a copy of your invoice. This will ensure that we issue you the proper credit, exchange or refund (less shipping & handling) when we receive your package. Returnable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unopened and unused condition, are free of scratches with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and in the original packaging. Items returned contrary to our return policy will incur a restocking charge. For copyright reasons, recorded CD's, DVD's, tapes and videos are not returnable. For sanitary reasons headset mics, mic belts and windscreens are not returnable.
